11.6.07 - OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla- The Mid-America Christian University Lady Evangels struggled against the Southern Nazarene University Crimson Storm Tuesday, Nov 6 in the last regular season conference game of the season.

The Lady Evangels lost in three games, 30-26, 30-20, and 30-13.

"We did not play well at all," Head Coach Samantha Lindsey said. "We are going through the motions and not entering the game ready to play."

MACU kept it close in the first game, but trailed off in the other two games.

"If we are going to compete in the conference tournament, we have to show up every night and in every game," Coach Lindsey said.

The Lady Evangels dropped to 10-18, and 3-9 in Sooner Athletic Conference play.

MACU will begin the SAC Tournament Friday, Nov 9. MACU will play Wayland Baptist University in the first round of the tournament at 2:00 p.m.
