5.7.08 - OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City recently signed Mustang senior Auston Davidson to play men's basketball for the 2008-2009 season.

Davidson, an 18-year-old senior at Mustang High School, was named All Big-City for the Mustang Bronco's. Davidson was a guard for the Bronco's, and will play the same position for the MACU Evangels.

"I am excited to have Auston as a part of our basketball program," MACU Head Men's Basketball Coach Willie Holley said. "Auston is a talented athlete committed to excellence on and off the basketball floor. He is a true point guard who can handle the ball, play defense and make good court decisions."

MACU is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Sooner Athletic Conference.
